Regulatory Compliance and Continuous Improvement

Participatory Management and Transparent Evaluation

We operate a participatory safety and environmental management system that places the input of our employees and stakeholders at its core. By establishing concrete goals, measurable action plans, and conducting risk assessments at regular intervals, we keep the operation of our system under constant control and report our findings transparently.

“Safety First” and Eco-Friendly Workspaces

In all our business activities, we prioritize the physical and mental well-being of our employees over any commercial concerns. We proactively identify and eliminate potential risk factors and environmental pollution threats before they occur. By adhering uncompromisingly to our standards, we actively participate in building a work environment that is both safe and environmentally friendly.

Win-Win Management with Stakeholders and the Community

We maintain constant communication with our stakeholders, suppliers, and the local community to build consensus on safety, health, and environmental issues. We participate in continuous training and education to foster a shared safety culture and faithfully fulfill our mutual responsibilities, thereby implementing a “Win-Win” management approach.

“For ELVER, technology is only valuable as long as it remains in harmony with human health and the environment.”

ELVER respects the freedom and human rights of all its employees with unwavering commitment.

As a core part of our corporate identity, we have established a labor rights policy based on the International Labour Organization (ILO) Declarations, the labor standards of international organizations such as the UN and OECD, and national Labor Laws. Guided by our company’s Compliance Management and Operational Regulations, we are dedicated to faithfully implementing these rights in our daily operations.

Our Core Principles

  1. Anti-Discrimination and Equality In accordance with international standards (ILO Conventions No. 100 and 111), we do not practice unfair discrimination based on race, nationality, gender, religion, origin, disability, or marital status for any stakeholders, including customers and employees. We respect the fundamental human rights of all individuals.
  2. Prevention of Child Labor We place great importance on the protection of children. In compliance with international standards (ILO Conventions No. 138 and 182) and national regulations, we will not employ children under the legally permitted minimum working age.
  3. Freedom of Association and Collective Bargaining To maintain and develop mutually beneficial labor-management relations based on trust and good faith, we respect the freedom of employees to organize, engage in collective bargaining, and take collective action in accordance with international standards (ILO Conventions No. 87 and 98).
  4. Fair Wages and Working Conditions We determine the working and wage conditions of our employees in a reasonable and fair manner, taking into account national laws and international standards to support a dignified standard of living.
  5. Working Hours and Rest Periods We set working hours and rest periods in accordance with the nature of the work, relevant national laws, and international standards (ILO Conventions No. 1, 14, and 106). We do not force employees to work overtime without mutual consent and outside of legal limits.
  6. Prevention of Forced Labor and Harassment Forced labor (ILO Conventions No. 29 and 105) is strictly prohibited at ELVER. No supervisor or manager may give unfair instructions to a subordinate that violate company regulations, are unrelated to business, or involve mental or physical coercion. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against involuntary labor and workplace pressure.

“ELVER is a professional family that respects labor and prioritizes human dignity above all commercial goals.”
